Cookie notice

1. What cookies do

Cookies are small values stored by your browser and sent back to the relevant website. Some support security and delivery; others can measure behaviour or advertising. This notice describes the Mello website, not every service linked from it.

2. Security cookies

Cloudflare may issue the __cf_bm cookie to help identify automated traffic and protect the site. It normally expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Its presence can depend on the hosting provider’s security configuration.

Mello does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. The custom marketing pages do not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics tags. Essential hosting security cookies can be set when the page loads, before you accept the notice.

3. Remembering your acknowledgement

The Accept cookies button acknowledges this notice. It does not subscribe you to marketing or authorise optional tracking. We save the value mello-cookie-notice-v1 in your browser’s local storage so the notice does not reappear on every page. It contains no name or email address and is not sent to the signup database.

The acknowledgement remains on that device until you clear site data or we update the notice version. If browser storage is unavailable, the notice may reappear. You can use Review cookie notice on this page to reopen it.

4. External fonts

The site loads Poppins through Google Fonts. Loading fonts involves requests to Google’s servers with technical information such as your IP address and browser headers. This is a third-party request even where no cookie is set.

5. Browser controls

You can inspect, block or delete cookies using your browser’s settings. Blocking security cookies may affect access to the site. Browser settings do not necessarily stop external font requests.

There is no optional analytics or advertising tracking on this website. If optional tracking is added later, this notice and any required preference controls will be updated before it is activated.
