1. Who we are

Mello is the trading brand of Mellow Beverage Co (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/692022/07, South Africa. The company is responsible for personal information it collects for its own purposes.

2. Information when you browse

You can browse the site without creating an account. Signup is not currently open, and the server rejects signup submissions. We do not accept orders or payments through this website.

Visiting the site involves technical processing by hosting and security services, such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and error information. Browsing is not anonymous. Our cookie notice explains the security cookie, the saved cookie-notice preference and external font requests.

3. Planned launch signup

For enquiries, we use the name, email address, topic and message you provide to respond to your request. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. When the website enquiry form is enabled, messages are sent to brand@mindbodymello.com through Resend; otherwise you can email us directly. Please do not include sensitive personal information. When marketing signup opens, its information and consent arrangements will be explained separately.

Signup will be voluntary and require an affirmative marketing consent choice. If you do not sign up, you can still browse. Signing up will not place an order, reserve stock, guarantee an invitation, or create an investment commitment.

We plan to use consented details for the updates you request and to respond to retailer or community interest. We will not sell the launch list. Additional uses will need an appropriate basis and a clear notice.

4. Providers and international processing

This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. The planned signup database uses Cloudflare D1. Google Fonts supplies the Poppins typeface, which can disclose your IP address and browser request information to Google when the font loads.

Hosting, database and security providers may process technical information outside South Africa. Signup will remain closed until arrangements for handling signup information are in place. We will update this notice if hosting or email providers change.

5. Security and retention

The website uses HTTPS and application security controls. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Hosting services may retain separate security and operational records under their own service arrangements.

No new launch signup records are collected while signup is closed. Retention and deletion arrangements for launch communications will be described before signup opens. Accepting the cookie notice saves only a versioned acknowledgement on your device; clearing browser site data removes it.

6. Your choices and requests

Applicable privacy rights include requesting access, correction or deletion, objecting to processing and withdrawing consent, subject to lawful exceptions. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.
